If you can see e-Sign documents within your portal, these will be in 3 different stages:

1. Complete - This means that the document is fully signed and you can download a copy if you wish.
2. Awaiting Others - This means that we are waiting for someone else to sign or review the document.
3. Action Required - This means that the business who sent you the portal is waiting for you to sign the document.
1. Click the button to send yourself a reminder email
2. Check your email inbox and follow the instructions in the email you will receive from Zoho Sign
