The Org ID on my subscription is incorrect

Please send an email to help@zeportal.net explaining this and include a screenshot of the ZE Portal Extension from inside your Zoho CRM.

To find the extension settings, click "Settings", then click "All" under "Marketplace" in the settings page. Then click the "Installed" tab at the top of the page. Then click "Configure" under the ZE Portal Extension
