Uploading Documents

When your portal loads, there may be one or more items listed under "Action Required". When you click on these items, a popup will appear and if the action item is for you to upload a document, then you will click "Choose Files" and you can select a file from your device.

You can upload a file in the following format: pdf, jpg, jpeg, png, csv, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, mpeg, mov, avi, wmv, flv, mp4, zip

The maximum size of the file you can upload is 249 MB.

There may be guidance instructing you exactly what to upload displayed above the "Choose Files" button.

Please choose a file or files to upload and then click the "Submit" button.
