When your portal loads, there may be one or more items listed under "Action Required". When you click on these items, a popup will appear and if the action item is for you to answer a question, the question you need to answer will be displayed above an "Answer" box.

Please write your answer to the question in the "Answer" box and click the "Submit" button.
